Scope
Site, email & campaign creative
Brands
Aéropostale · Live Love Dream

Overview
Five years leading e-commerce art direction while teen retail went mobile-first and social-first. I owned the digital expression of the brand across site, email, and campaigns, built the shoot-to-site rhythm that kept creative moving at retail speed, and helped take the Live Love Dream sub-brand to market online.

01 · The Challenge
A teen brand competing for attention it no longer owned.
Teen shoppers moved to social faster than the brand’s creative pipeline could follow. The e-commerce experience had to keep pace with culture week to week without losing the discipline of retail merchandising.
02 · The Approach
Make the store feel like the feed.
We unified art direction across homepage, email, and social so the brand spoke with one voice everywhere teens met it, rebuilt the shoot-to-site production rhythm for speed, and designed campaign systems that flexed from desktop hero to social feed without redesign.

03 · The Work
Retail creative at the speed of social.
